GoogleTaz is amazing !!!! 10 out of 10 She sold our house in Barry with the first viewing and for the full asking price !!! We had our house valued by 5 of the main hight street agents yet they all felt so corporate and we felt like just another number ... Taz at Sterling homes helped us throughout the process and was always happy to help us. Honestly i would't use anyone else next time we move she is brilliant !!!! Thank you x

Google0 stars if I could, we recently bought a house under Sterling Homes and had the worst stressful experience ever. Not once was we considered throughout the whole buying process, communication was 0, even the solicitors involved told us to not deal comms with Sterling Homes as they are confusing matters, if we didn’t love the house we would’ve pulled out due to the on going lies and attitude of the staff. Even told us ‘key is under mat’ when we were due to pick up the key. I know they don’t work for the buyer but I would never want Sterling Homes to sell my home in the future.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Mark. Our house sold within the first week it was up for sale, unfortunately it fell through soon after but Mark had plenty of viewings lined up ready and it sold again instantly. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent. Couldn’t fault it. Would definitely use Sterling Homes again and also have recommended to friends.
