GoogleSpringers have been fantastic, Emma especially. Couldn’t fault them. Quick and efficient from start to finish, and always went the extra mile getting us in the property. Keys on moving in, the checks were really quick. We’ve been in the property for 2 years now and have a great relationship with them still.

GoogleI regret to say that my experience with Springers has been incredibly frustrating. After submitting all the necessary documents for a property, I expected timely communication and support. Unfortunately, what I received was complete radio silence.. It’s disheartening to feel ignored, especially when I made an effort to provide everything they needed to assist me. The lack of response not only left me feeling undervalued as a tenant but also stalled my property search, causing unnecessary stress and confusion. I had hoped for a professional and engaged service, but this experience has fallen far short of those expectations. I would strongly advise potential clients to consider this lack of communication before engaging with Springers. There are many agencies out there that prioritize their clients and provide the support needed throughout the property process. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.

GoogleOne-star, Unprofessional & disrespectful Booked a viewing for 2:40 PM. I arrived at 2:45 PM to find the agent had already left, no call, no message, no apology. Absolutely disrespectful of my time and completely unprofessional. If this is how they treat people before they’re even tenants, avoid them. Wouldn’t trust these agents with anything.

GoogleWe cannot fault Springers for all the help they have given to Patrick. The flat is perfect. So helpful and we had an issue with the cooker and they came out quickly and resolved the situation. Very friendly staff and very helpful

GoogleI was with springers for 2 years and I honestly can't say a bad thing about them. They were consistently reliable and always helped to get any issues with the property resolved. We cleaned the property top to bottom and they returned 100% of the deposit. You hear many horror stories about agents and deposits but these guys are as good as you'll get!

GoogleCompletely incompetent. They let a tenant move into my property without signing an AST and without taking a deposit. They now say they have no key to the property, even though Emma was present at the time the locks were changed by a locksmith. We now have to evict the tenant. GoogleI had an appointment booked with them to see a viewing. Over the phone I had asked for an email conformation to be sent to my email address but the agent said, its fine, they will see me there and gave me the postcode and time. I arrived at the property at set time but no estate agent showed up nor could I go into the house as the property was empty and locked without residents. I tried calling many times to the centre but nobody picked up. I went home very disappointed. I would advise people to avoid this company. Massive headache.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
