GoogleI was in the market for a rental property and was recommended 'Simple Estates' by a family friend. From my first interaction, I was extremely impressed by their professionalism. I was provided with a list of local vacant properties and offered viewings within 24hrs. The gentleman (Nawaz) was clear and concise with any information I requested and very helpful with any paperwork that needed to be completed. Overall, highly recommended.

GoogleExcellent service from a personable and professional team. I have been particularly impressed and grateful for the personal care and service provided by the team during a global pandemic, they took much of the stress and anxiety out of the process of letting my property very swiftly, most of the viewings were organised via a virtual tour, which again was managed as part of their professional service offering. Very honest and caring firm, I highly recommend them and will use again in the future.
