We moved our house sale to Rice Chamberlain after spending a number of months on the market with another agent and not getting any offers. RC did a superb job of marketing our house, going above and beyond our previous estate agent, and priced it at a more reasonable and realistic point. Within days we had a lot of interest and within weeks we had multiple offers, one of which we accepted. Sarah was absolutely brilliant throughout the sale process, keeping both sides talking when solicitors were being slow. We wouldn't have got the sale concluded so quickly without her! She was invaluable throughout the process and we really appreciated her advice. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling, particularly in the Kings Norton area as they have the edge over any competitor with their local knowledge to sell the area as well as the house.

I dealt with Ashley to sell my flat and I would recommend him and RC to everyone. There were about 6 months from us having the valuation to actually listing the property and Ash kept in touch throughout and even sent us properties to view when we thought the place we were buying might fall through. He kept me updated at every stage in the process and dealt with any issues (not caused by RC) quickly and effectively. He's also a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company. Our experience of other estate agents had not been great and you can tell Ash genuinely cares about his customers. It's great to be able to use a local company too!

Rice Chamberlain were brilliant; i had dealings with a number of the staff and all were professional, prompt and welcoming. I have had less positive experiences in the past and it was so refreshing to have a team who looked after you throughout the process. The member of staff (Molly) who steered the sale itself was outstanding, going over and above in order to get the house sold before Christmas, chasing the buyers’ solicitor who was less bothered about how long it all took and communicating with the buyer over the weekend to ensure we were all on the same page.
