Brilliant service from Dawn at Reeds Rains in Burnley. Dawn sold my house straight away with the first viewing and made the whole process seamless. She chased the solicitors at both sides for me to ensure a quick completion. In addition, to selling my property she also found me a great rented property while waiting for my new house to be built. Dawn has done an amazing job start to finish and I would highly recommend using her in particular and of course Reeds Rains.

Not worthy even of one star. They sent out contract for renewal tenancy and failed to pick up that statutory notice periods have changed twice during Covid. They are still advising that it’s two months when in fact it was extended to three and now six months. An absolute joke of a service.

Made the mistake of using these to sell our house. We have now been waiting for a memorandum of sale for well over a week. Initially we were getting told we would have it 'by the end of the day'. This then changed to 'we have chased it', were now getting to the point that our emails are just being ignored. Nobody seems to be taking ownership of this their side, its left to us to do all the chasing. The one document we are waiting on to move forward is being held up by our own estate agent. I would not recommend them!

Reeds Rains, as agents colleced the rent from our tenants, however, they then kept it for themselves for no reason that they could state when asked, within their own Terms and Conditions.They will happily quote their Terms and Conditions to you, but, ignore them when you quote them back to them. Avoid them.

We have used Reeds Rains in a Bamber Bridge to manage one of our properties in the town and have found the service they provide to be very professional and efficient. They respond quickly to help take the pressure off the landlord when issues arise and make it a stress free process. I have just placed another property with their Chorley branch as opposed to trying to manage it myself as it takes all the work out of it.
