I’ve had a great experience in the not so simple case of renting for my with Michael Chan. I really don’t think it would have been successful without Michael’s help. He has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. His professionalism, clear communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made everything so much easier and stress-free. I truly appreciate his guidance and dedication, and I would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent

Michael and his team are thoroughly professional and friendly (not in the typical phoney agent way!). They really know how to find the best buyers and tenants, and work hard to achieve a sale or let. I'm really happy to have used Origin and will be using them in the future as my first choice.

I had an excellent experience renting with Origin Estate Agents! The manager, Michael, was incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire process. He’s a genuinely warm and caring person with outstanding customer service. When I had a problem or needed assistance, he responded instantly (even outside of working hours!!) and resolved everything quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a stress-free renting or buying experience. Thank you Michael and the entire team for going above and beyond! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

As portfolio landlords owning multiple properties, Michael Chan manages a large number of them for us, and he has been absolutely exceptional. He consistently goes above and beyond, keeping us updated at every step and securing tenants extremely quickly, sometimes even before a property purchase is fully completed through the solicitor! What really sets Michael apart is his dedication. Even if we overlook small tasks, like deep cleaning or minor property issues, he steps in to handle them himself, often going beyond normal work hours to make sure everything is done properly. His attention to detail, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile make managing our properties so much easier. We’ve worked with many estate agents over the years, but Michael Chan stands out for his reliability, responsiveness and genuinely outstanding service. We hope to find more properties for him to manage in the future, he truly makes everything so smooth and stress free. Highly recommend!

I'm deeply grateful to Michael for his meticulous attention to detail. Throughout the entire process, he prioritized every detail, immediately consulting with the developer and lawyers to protect the buyer. He also provided expert advice on other matters, such as fixtures and fittings. Most importantly, he understood the needs of Hong Kong buyers and was on the same page!

I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent service of Michael Chan, the manager of Origin Estate Agents. In managing my property, his professionalism and care on all aspects, my property, the tenant and mostly the landlords as me is highly appreciated and made me stress- free during the entire process of starting a new Tenancy Agreement. His hard work and efficiency have truly exceeded my expectations. During the setting up of the new Tenancy Agreement, all the staffs are helpful and reliable. I deeply appreciate their work and send my thanks to all.

We have been working with them for almost 2 yrs. We purchased our rental property via them, and they handled all the rental issues. So far so good, we haven't had any troubles so far and we received our return with little gaps. Recommended.
