GoogleI would highly recommend you avoid any dealings with this agency. By far, they are the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with.
Communication is awful, listening skills are even worse, and their lack of efficiency, combined with false hope will exhaust all your energy. You will only manage to get in touch with them after numerous calls.
Looking at other reviews, it's clear I am not the first or the last to of experienced this.
They are extremely untrustworthy, unreliant, and disorganised.
Their communication style will send you dizzy, as they attempt to waffle you off the phone to avoid any dealings.

GoogleIf I could rate them no stars I would.
Never have I dealt with such an unprofessional agent. Phone manor was horrific and couldn't organise a house viewing to save his life! Couldn't give the correct door number, didn't have any answers to any questions. Then finally after what felt like pulling teeth in order to view the property it wasn't really like the photos at all they were very strategically taken that's for sure and the guy was even worse in person. Nothing about him whatsoever, wasn't sure who was viewing it when... Just an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Couldn't really imagine what renting would have actually turned out like so glad the property wasn't suitable really.

GoogleShame on this letting agency. I would not recommend anyone to be using this agency to rent out properties. Based on the previous reviews I have read it seems that others share the same view as me.
The letting agents are unhelpful and difficult to get hold of and I am sure they themselves wouldn't consider residing in some of the properties they let out. The properties they let out are in absolute state and it seems that they will only let out these properties to those tenants who are less inclined to complain about the appalling state of the properties.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
