GoogleDo not use this company. I live next door to a property they manage. All the fences in the garden have fallen down. I called Mike who told me they would not repair them for two years after threatening legal action he told me that they would repair the fences. He is now avoiding my calls, text messages and emails.
I will be taking both the acting agent and Landord now to court as I have a dog from the neighbours garden in my garden and they refuse to fix the fences.
If you want to use a company that will mess about the neighbours and cause issues this is the company for you but I would stay away from Matthew Estate Agents and I look forwad to seeing Mike and the landlord in court.

Hello Ravinder, as explained this is a boundary dispute between you and your neighbour and we don't have control over how the landlord spends his money. We sympathise with the situation but unfortunately its out of our hands. We believe your review is out of frustration, also you are not a customer and your review should be removed. You cant take us to court as this is a boundary dispute between you and your neighbour. We have been trading for 20 years, still trading and have many satisfied clients who can vouch for our service.
