The man the that works there was the rudest person that I have ever met. He took my fees and hold it for a week and refuse to see the property. I told him to give my documents back and he started to shout and call me names. Never again

This particular property proved extremely popular and unfortunately we was not able to proceed with your application due to reasons we explained to you and your current landlord. Different candidates have different circumstances and the ultimate decision to proceed with an application is with the landlord.
