I had the pleasure of meeting Lewis, an exceptional letting agent, during a recent property viewing. Lewis's friendly and kind demeanour immediately put us at ease, making the entire experience minimally intrusive and actually enjoyable! Lewis demonstrated a genuine concern for our privacy, understanding that having strangers view our home can be a bit tricky. He ensured that we were comfortable with allowing photos and respected our wishes throughout the process. This consideration for our privacy was truly appreciated. He listened attentively to our comments and preferences regarding the property's features and amenities and relayed them to all prospective new tenants. In addition, Lewis went the extra mile by accommodating our scheduling needs. He was flexible and worked around our busy work schedules to find a suitable time for the viewing. As the property had newly carpeted floors, Lewis asked all visitors to wear shoe covers we’d bought, ensuring that the carpets remained clean and well-maintained. This attention to detail further highlighted his professionalism and commitment to the property's upkeep. Overall, Lewis made our property viewing experience much more enjoyable and hassle-free. His friendly nature, consideration for our privacy, and dedication to customer service set him apart as an outstanding letting agent. Hi! Moving in hasn’t been this easy and enjoyable without the help of these awesome staffs of Legal Properties Inc., Paul and Kim! Paul from the start is really hands on from the start of inquiry, to numerous text messages I have been doing (probably texting him more than my boss at work), and up to the signing of the contract. He has been amazing! Cheers mate! Kim, took care of the tedious compilation of all the documents we needed to submit, and kept us updated as to where we were on the process. She has been really approachable through calls and emails as well. Thank you guys! 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My kids loved it here. Animals are kept well and seem content. The lay out is great and easy to follow. Map supplied on admission. Dino land was good. Plenty of w/c and cafe areas. The play are is brilliant, the bouncy castle/trampoline thing was alot of fun. Parking is free. We used a wowcher deal and as a family of 5 hot in for £40 which was great. Full price admission would have been £70 which I thought a bit steep. We would go again

Hi this is fair and important review for property 25 Jarvis Crescent B69 4QH and agency’s man Mr paul and team. I been in this property for long time and paid rent more than 50k but they didn’t spend more than 2k. They harassed me and my family like need to request like we living free in this property and this property have so much damp and roof leaking as well I have all proof if anybody want to thinking to living in this property please be aware kids and family is not safe Because do paint and give you property but after few months damp and black dots will come you have to use damp spray every week. I asked to one builder about to clear and he told me it’s cost too much need to break walls and put new board then skimming then this property will be able to live otherwise do stay in this property. My younger son got breathing problem this house. We requesting to agency more than year to sort out house they just say we sending guy when he is free. His builder is never free in life so please do not believe them they are proper chitter. If anyone have doubt contact me I will show all proof before taking this property on rent please . When we left this property after one hour later builder was outside. 😂😂😂😂 If you want ask anything your right for this property then they will show off like fake people.

🚩"Legal Property services" will deny all responsibility for issues that are clearly coming from their properties. They run overflow pipes into my garden expelling scummy water into my rose bush and plants, then deny any responsibility for a leak thats coming from their adjoining property which has deteriorated over time, destroying other people's homes and decor in the process - now they refuse to even come out and at least look at the situation. I can show them the problem but they don't want to take the blame. What cowboy would run an overflow pipe into someone elses garden? without permission aswell !?? Shows a pattern of shoddy workmanship, but no point calling them up again to try and resolve issues either, I've tried, and they're impatient and couldnt care less basically!

Worst letting agency I've ever dealt with. Reported an issue with a door in the property multiple times, kept getting told that "someone would be in touch this week". When I eventually got sick of them fobbing me off and asked them for a definite date for a repair, they told me that because I was calling on behalf of my partner (who has autism and can't do phone calls) and that I'm not the registered tenant, they don't actually have to talk to me about doing any repairs. Avoid at all costs, these are the rudest, most unprofessional letting agents you'll ever have the displeasure of dealing with.

Would like to thank louis/lewis from the legal property team (apologies if iv spelt the name incorrect). Arrived to the property promptly, for the inspection on the last day of the tenancy on a Saturday morning. Very friendly and helpful! It can be quite grueling having an inspection completed however we were put at ease and Lewis explained the steps by steps of the inspection process clearly, excellent communication skills. Generally our time with legal property's has been good. Kim and Paul dealt with our application fairly quickly. Kim has always been prompt with replying back to emails and dealing with enquiries. They also worked hard to ensure that some of the issues within the property were sorted before our move in date, through communicating with the landlord.

This letting agents actively markets a Property from a land lord named Sathi Singh and i stayed at one of his property at Grange Road. What a nightmare it was. If you want some peace of mind at your new rented home, stay away from that property. if you are already in any of his property you will get a taste of it sooner or later. Having said that, I have no complaints against the agent but I suggest/wish that they take more responsibility in explaining their clients(tenants) the tricky things that is in the contract which are bit unusual. Stay away ....Stay peacefully.

Rented a property of them a while back and they were happy to take the money and the fees initially, but whenever there was any problem with the flat they would say "sorry we can't help it's Landlord managed and hang up", then the dodgy Landlord tried to keep my deposit at the end of my contract and they wouldn't help either, I had to take the guy to court and get my deposit back which I did. Not happy with the state agents at all

I rented a house for three years with Legal Property Services and I can say that, by far, this is the best agency I've dealt with. In a renting system that is depredatory and with so many agencies taking advantage of tenants, Legal Property is responsive, friendly and transparent.
