Louna was exceptional

I rented a flat in Elephant and Castle with Louna Del Barrio as the agent. I’ve worked with many agents over the years as landlord and as tenant and she was easily the best. Friendly, straightforward and upfront; genuinely helpful; energetic but not at all pushy; and above all I felt she really wanted to help me find the right place for me, and not just secure a quick deal. I know I can trust her. Aftercare after the tenancy was agreed has also been exceptional.

Knight Frank were always quick to respond and follow up any questions we had about purchasing the property, from our initial viewing to completion. The agent we were dealing with quickly grasped any relevant factors and was focused on finding a way to move the process on. Kristian is managing our two new build apartments to our fullest satisfaction. He follows all issues related to the properties as well as the rental agreement diligently and very competently. This is the best experience I’ve ever…

This is the best experience I’ve ever had with an agent, it was seamless, expert, generous and kind. Without Lara I would never have found this house or had the confidence to buy it, she’s a total gem. Helen and Rosie made it possible for me to view the house multiple times, take a builder and an architect with me, and give me the full picture about the house and the village. The process was extremely efficient, clear and well managed, no question was too stupid and no asked too difficult. I really cannot recommend Knight Frank highly enough, Lara Rosie and Helen are brilliant at what they do and incredibly kind, generous, thoughtful, knowledgeable and helpful. Helen managed the process brilliantly, she gave me confidence and assurance, and was just generally incredibly kind and supportive, I wouldn’t want to buy a house through anybody else!

Move in nightmare

Property was very dirty, with appliances not working, full of issues, and work that was part of the tenancy agreement wasn’t carried out. Check in was late by several hours. Following up on fixing things with the property manager afterwards is a nightmare as they are non responsive most of the time.

Highly recommend Zara at the Richmond office

We couldn't be happier with our experience of Knight Frank, Richmond in the handling of our purchase. We'd recently pulled out of a previous sale, poorly managed by Chase Buchanan, and had an unpleasant experience in the way we were treated as buyers.From the very beginning of our dealings with Zara at Knight Frank (Richmond) we felt listened to and supported. Despite her job acting in the interest of the sellers, we also felt like she was in our corner and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and easy for us as she could.
