GoogleAbsolutely shocking. In regards to the bank tower in Birmingham. Do you like having the "luxury" of internet? If you do don't come here. A building built in 2018 with no hope of getting online due to cheaping out on cables. Not only that, get ready to be passed from pillar to post as they continuously pass the buck. Absolutely no sense of corporate responsibility. Absolute lies on marketing front. List of things advertised: 24 hour concierge: BS goes home at 1630 with no cover for the weekends Residents gym: the only dumbbells around are the idiots in charge of building this dump Restaurants and bars on the ground floor: lol you wish, this place would probably need a bar tbh. Being perpetually drunk is the only way to enjoy this place. I mean I guess they didn't advertise having a working lift for a 21 floor building. (Have had to walk up 20 floors regularly due to the lifts working for circa 10 mins before going down) Oh yeah if that isn't enough they'll ask you to remove your bad reviews too. Apparently being thoroughly inconvenienced and lied to at every turn should warrant 5 stars right. The only sliver lining is the money I'd get from the media for reporting this stupid company
