SCAM WARNING. I saw mimoji has listed me as a client. Please be warned and check your own business isn't on the mimoji website. I don't do grooming or GPS tracking. I don't employ staff. They have given me fake 5* ratings from people I don't know. I think they plan to pose as me and take money for dog walking , which I won't be doing as I know nothing about it . I have now emailed them 3 times asking them to take down my listing but with no success. I checked the people who they have listed as staff, and they do jobs that don't relate to mimoji so I suspect they don't work for mimoji either. Is is mimoji really an AI to see how angry people get when misrepresented?

Warning: I have discovered that this company is using my business details without my authorisation. They have set up a whole website in my name with all of my business details on it, including work address and contact phone number. As if that isn't bad enough, they have also added false information about what I offer. This is a breach of the code of ethics of my professional body and deeply misleading to the public. I have emailed them twice to ask them to take it down but have had no response.

I dont seek any finacial gain as I see it as free advertising, however recognition is due so that others might look at my portfolio of images and possible purchase an image or hire the photographer.

Mimoji has, without my husband's permission, scraped his business information from Google, used his copyrighted photograph on their own website and concocted all sorts of fake information, including services he doesn't offer, and have even falsified his location. I suspect they are using AI, but the English on the website is terrible. Seeking legal advice regarding removal.

GoogleNot quite sure where to begin. The service is atrocious to say the least. This is not only of a few individuals but all of them. No one answers their mobile nor the landline it is as if they avoid it intentionally. Seem to be very inexperienced and unprofessional with not putting customers at the forefront.
I have had my property rented via this lot for maybe a decade or more. Each time I have never had a prompt response. The last time I requested something I am waiting almost a year for a reply. Each time I managed to get through after many attempts I was told on each occasion they would promise to get back to me but still waiting!
Please avoid! Basically think about the service fee when there should be none for a non existent service!

GoogleI did leave a negative review for these guys previously but having interacted with them again, they are a lovely bunch! We've secured our tenancy with these guys, they have given us all the documents I would expect on time and with all necessary information. I am actually impressed as i usually have to ask for these bits separately but they were pretty good. The 4 stars is still based on my cumulative experience with them, but that again is subject to change (hopefully for the better) in the coming days. Happy moving about!

GoogleVery, very disappointed in their service. They do not respond to calls, emails or when I'm there in branch. They guarantee me I will here off them by the end of the day but it's been weeks. I was origionally looking for a letting agent to market and manage some of my properties but I will in no way shape of form trust this company to do anything for me or a tenant of mine.
