Abid was my agent a few years back for my sale. He was recommended to me by my go to conveyancing solicitors. Abid was the consummate professional and a real joy to work with. He handled all queries on the buyer side, the onward sale, and the conveyancers. My sale was a long drawn out process for various reasons including buyer mortgage issues, onward sale issues and changes etc. Abid handled all of this and did so very well. Being my first sale, I was quite inexperienced and admittedly didn't have a very good temperament but Abid was calm and collected throughout giving great advice and brilliant customer service. In the end I got a great deal on my property and full attention to any requirements for the legal work from Abid and Golden Estates. I'd recommend Abid without hesitation and would like to thank him again for all his hard work.
