Dear Mr Choudhury. Thank you for your review. It is important to learn from these to make sure we can improve our service going forward. I am sorry you feel this way and your comments are both unjustified and factually incorrect. The property you offered on had over 82 enquiries and over 30 viewings on 2 specified days one of which you also attended. At each viewing a letter was provided to all those that attended setting out clearly the process for making offers by 'sealed bids' by a clearly notified deadline. I also emailed the same instructions to those that had not received this letter as we ran out due to overwhelming interest. The letter also clearly stated that incomplete forms will not be accepted. It also advised you that the vendor reserves the right not to accept the highest, or indeed, any offer submitted. We had 8 offers made on the property including your offer.The vendor opened all offers in my office on the 15/06/22 in person and has now decided to accept an offer from another buyer. Your offer form was incomplete as it did not state an offer amount. This field was struck out and noted N/A. We did try and call you and left several messages on the number you provided but there was no answer. An offer report has been sent to the vendor and the housing association and your offer is clearly notified to them. If the sale does not proceed for any reason we will revert back to you.
