Have 21 properties with Mr Hussain, 11 were just recently transferred over and they are always in touch when an issue has happened with a tenant. I also am impressed with the weekend service and out of hours as Mr Hussain goes the extra mile. Happy to recommend and always do. Thanks

I have been liaising with Ali at Edward Lloyd for around six months now when he took over managing one of my properties. He was meticulous in sourcing the right tenant for the property and didn’t settle without carrying out all the right checks. I had requested a high rent for the property and Ali tried his best to get close to that amount. The property is local to me so I know that the tenants are keeping the house clean and have settled in well to the quiet cul de sac. Having previously had tenants who had use the property for illegal activity, I was very anxious about who the property was let out to. In terms of payment- it is made without me reminding or requesting. Most months it comes through on the specified date (unless it’s a weekend) without me doing any worrying or chasing. It’s been such a good experience for me to work with an agent who just gets on with it. I’ll be speaking to Ali with regards to another of my houses which is due to be let out soon and I’m sure that, that experience too will be seamless.

All the 'great' reviews on Google regarding this business are fake. These people should have been sent to prison years ago.
