GoogleWe moved here a month ago, and it was a great decision. The apartments are modern, the staff are lovely, and the moving process was incredibly fast. When we arrived, we were even given a welcome bag with essentials - such a thoughtful gesture!
The only downside for me is that there’s no on-site gym, but there’s a large puregym just 2-3 minutes away.

GoogleThere is a gay disco called Nightingale at the end of U&A Street. It has three floors and can accommodate 2,000 people. It is open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 10 o'clock in the evening until two o'clock in the morning and sometimes three or four o'clock in the morning. When you close all the windows indoors, you hear loud bass and drums, making it difficult to fall asleep.

GoogleWe've just moved into the Unity and Armouries building for a month, and so far, everything has been wonderful. The building itself is lovely, with a beautiful communal area and a terrace perfect for sunbathing. The maintenance service has been very responsive, addressing any issues promptly. The front-desk staff, particularly Mo and Priyaka, have been incredibly helpful and welcoming. The only downside is the security of the neighborhood, as there are a lot of homeless people around. We were even disturbed by one who secretly entered the building and knocked on our door. I've reported this to the staff, and they appeared to pay attention to my case to prevent this from happening again in the future. Overall, we're very happy with our stay so far and look forward to the months ahead in this fantastic building.

GooglePrinyanka and Mo are the absolute best. I've lived in a few apartments around Birmingham but this place is the best. The front desk staff really make it what it is. They're both such rays of sunshine and I love coming home from work and having a chat with them.
