GoogleCalled to enquire regarding a couple of properties because there was only one image. Was cc’d into an email to the director to send over more images/information on 19/05/25, with a note on what the premises were potentially being used for. I chased on 29/05/25 to be told they are no longer available and under offer. If you were considering using these, don’t!

GoogleAbsolutely dreadful estate agents. They advertised a unit to let, scheduled a block viewing, and I waited five days, only to find out from a friend that they'd already offered the lease off the books and cancelled the viewing without any notice. Avoid them at all costs.

GoogleThis agency misled a charity over the terms of their lease, resulting in them being having to leave the shop they rented less than a month after opening. If you choose to use them, take nothing they say at face value and have a lawyer check any lease documents over very, very carefully.
