GoogleYou would expect better from the business of the Labour Mayoral candidate Mohammed Hanif wouldnt you? Who is all about assisting people in unfair situations, yet his business rips people of? How is that fair? Stay away from these people. They are scammers. No due diligence checks on tenants. They will take your money and rip you off. Stay away!!!!!!!! The owner has also added ratings to this. What a scam. They gave me a terrible tenant and no support.

GoogleWere do I start joke of a company 1st of all the staff need to check there grammar n spelling mistakes afther mistakes on head letters half the time they never pick up phones in the office when ever you go in office the staff just look like they woke up out of bed not even smart this company needs to fix up big time

GoogleMassively improved and got better over the years in terms of service. They will do their best for all parties and respect everyone. They give you honest and direct advice. If you don’t like that then you are in the wrong industry. Good thing I like is that if they make a mistake (which is rare) they own it and sort things out pronto.

GoogleDon't even deserve a star! Dodgy scammers. Charge you full wack and dont carry out any reference checks on tenants. They won't respond to any of your calls. They are scammers and seriously corrupt. They will give you tenants that don't pay rent and do nothing to help you. When you email or call them they won't respond to you. They will leave you out of pocket. The worst experience I have ever had. I dont understand how these unethical people are in business. Save your time and money- go elsewhere.

GoogleI have been using Cornerstone for around 10 years now and found all the staff and Mr Hanif to be professional. They have helped me source properties for my budget as well as put in vetted and reliable tenants. He has helped me sell properties too and guided me throughout the whole process making it easy for me. I would recommend everyone to use the services Cornerstone provide and the staff have extensive knowledge of property values in and around Birmingham.

GoogleI found Mr Hanif to be the SUPER HERO of all estate agents. His advise and professionalism was outstanding. He was never too busy to deal with any question raised. He communicated with all parties involved in selling our property. The time it took for the property to be placed on the market we were getting genuine real offers that were realistic to the market prices in the location. I would highly recommend CORNERSTONE.

GoogleDirty, lying, corrupt company!!!!! Complained about noisy, abusive neighbours who throw rubbish in MY garden over the fence.. explained how there is 20+ people living in the 3 bedroom house. A month later NOTHING GOT DONE!!! I hope you read your reviews cause I will be coming to your pathetic excuse of an office... i will be making a formal complaint to the MD, i will complain about the fact i got lied to by your own staff, and i will sit there an phone the police to inform them how despite you being informed of OVERCROWDING, you did F all! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

YellIf they improve a but they'll only be terrible
As a letting agent they are abysmal! Told me repair work wasn't an emergency so could take a week to fix, 5 weeks later I rang and was told the guy who deals with rentals wasn't in so they couldn't tell me what was going on!I wonder if the owner of the property knows they aren't doing the work theye are meant to sort out on the property? Avoid if you want to rent out your property or if you are looking to rent

YellA nightmare. Scammers and rude stay away
You would expect better from the business of labour Mayoral candidate who seems to stand up for people's rights yet his business take away people's rights. They are a rude business, serial scammers will put any tenant in your house and charge hundreds for checks they never carried out. They should seriously be reported to watchdog. The worst unprofessional agency I have ever come across. Save your money and steer clear of theservice scammers

GoogleAs a neighbour of a property they manage one horrible family was evicted and another horrible family moved in and despite complaints about this current family nothing is done. Fires in garden day and night. Drunken abuse and no respect for the community. Cornerstone obviously specialise in getting homes for nightmare tenants. Avoid at all costs in my opinion.

GoogleCan't understand all these negative reviews. They look made up. They can't be that bad considering they have massive portfolio. I've given cornerstone 6 properties to manage, rent has always been on time and staff are amazing. Highly recommend
