Absolutely horrific. I have never had to deal with letting agents this incompetent, unprofessional, and rude before.They are great at showing you around, but once you're in they will treat you like dirt.

Ridiculous fees for a first time move. Payed nearly £500 for no help whatsoever. Started paying rent before we were allowed to move in. Wish we went elsewhere. Staff seem uninterested to help.

Always forcing you to use their in-house mortgage adviser, even if you already have your own adviser and a mortgage offer on the table! Will never use.

Biggest Cheater. They definitely will not return your money easily. They asked me to go to TDS if i want my deposit back. If possible stay away from them.
