I currently rent a property via Connells... I have spent 39 days without Gas and they have been ZERO help in recovering compensation for me from the landlord and have distanced themselves continually from the situation.Terrible Terrible service that I would not recommend to anyone.

Do not use Connels to let your property. They are completely incompetent and treat your tenants like rubbish. I have been waiting to get something fixed through them for months, and they won't let me talk to my tenants directly!I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Lying greedy corrupt and rude. Worst experience I've ever had dealing with an estate agent. Just let that sink in. They are the worst 'estate agent' operating in the UK. They pay no regard to the law or any notion of good customer service.

They are scam. Trying to lure you in to sell you their mortgage and their broker who will rip you off. Even if you already have mortgage papers ready their pursue you to take their own. AVOID

Currently renting a house through Connells. I am truly disappointed! They keep promising us that the constructor will come ‘today’ to fix reported issues but no one ever shows up and it’s been 5 weeks! No apologies either!
