I was recommend by a friend to use Bairstow Eves to sell my house in order to complete our for buying a bigger house. At the start I was anxious that the house I am buying cannot go through as I need to sell my house quickly and also raise money. However, Andy, Jade and the in-house mortgage advisor made it possible to achieve our life milestone and we managed to sell our house quickly. It was fantastic to see how Andy and his team managed to sell my house for £15,000 more than what I was offered through another local agent, where initially we advertised the house but due to their disappointing service we came to Bairstow Eves. I was offered a fantastic service from everyone. It was a pleasure dealing with this agent as they kept me informed and most importantly they took care of my transactions in a very professional manner and all elements of the transaction were 'just fantastic'. Their communication, dealing, honestly and service really made a difference to our life as we have moved into our dream house and we sold our house for a far better price than what we were about to agree with the previous agent. I just thought I pay my sincere thanks by writing this review. Thank you once again!!!

I was first in touch with Bairstow Eves back in 2015 when I bought my first house. I have no words how to thank Andy and his team to complete the whole buying process within 10 weeks. The process was very swift, professional and most importantly they dealt with all the stages by being extremely supportive and professional. I found extremely beneficial by using their broker for arranging a mortgage and they were superb in getting the best deal and most cost-effective. When I was looking for my second house, I went back to Andy who within a few days was able to find me the ideal house and again I used their in-house services for the mortgage and legal side. The Financial Broker, Samantha Brain was absolutely fantastic and made this purchase possible. To be very honest, I have no words how to thank Andy and his amazing team who took my purchases as their own and did everything with sincerity, professionally and provided supreme customer service. Please avoid and use a reputable company! They are liars especially Andy and Jade. Very Unprofessional as they do not think about their customer whom are selling their property never mind from clients whom put a offer in.The offer never gets passed to the vendor as there have been reports from several people whom have put offers in and the property under sells less than what was offered. These prospective buyers have been vetted by pre qualified by their own mortgage advisor.

PROSPECTIVE BUYERS and SELLERS please AVOID from using this estate agent. They are ruthless especially Andy and Jade where they mess prospective buyers around by not offering a even level playing field! They do not pass the offers onto the vendor and sell the property less that what many people have offered to their own selective people whom they are privately accounted with. This does not benefit the seller and is a shame they are getting away with this. They have done this on many occasions with the following properties - 8 Pendragon Road, 118 Cliveden Avenue, 134 Cliveden Avenue, 36 Perry Avenue, 17 Perry Avenue & 19 Perry Avenue. Please boycott them and use a reputable estate agency when selling your property!

Unprofessional. Happy to take payment but not sort paperwork. They rush you to send in your bits but dont update you when the time comes. Once they have what they need they leave you to do all the calling around and dont answer their phones. They lie and say they will do this by then and dont do it. They hide information about the next steps and they dont keep you informed of who theyve given your information too

Abysmal from the start. We saw a house and wanted to view. Was told need to see their mortgage advisor first. I called the agents who were selling my house who advised me this is not the case so I called back again explaining that we have a mortgage offer in principle then Pam said the vendor requests we get financially qualified via them (Bairstow Eves) I can't imagine a seller caring where the mortgage came from as long as the house was sold. Anyway I did what they asked and turned up to the appointment given only to be told we have no appointment! I had to show Pam proof of text and emails showing that we do have an appointment. She reluctantly took us to the property saying that she should not leave the office. We liked the house and put an offer in. Then the manager Andy began stating it's best to use their solicitors and mortgage, I thought here we go again. After stern words exchanged they left me alone to the point where Andy didn't even return my calls when I needed to get answers to my queries he just didn't get back to us at all. He was either in a meeting or out of the office. Thankfully Pam would always return my calls. Compared to the great service I received from Reed Rains this was shocking. Even on the completion day I waited for him to call me back....just as well I didn't hold my breath. And just to add, I got an email from them THREE days after we completed advising us to collect the keys. What a joke! THREE days after we'd moved in.

Poor service after many attempts book a viewing on 25 hamstead hall avanue and when I manage got a viewing on the day no one show up to appointment, I call spoke to a guy name Andy, for the 3 time, and every time we spoke ragarding about the house and viewing and he have no info about me or my appointment, What kind of business you guy run I don't know I feel bad for the home owner who trying sell that house, obviously you guy have no interested in selling the house. P.s I will never used bairstow eves again, Also "Andy" should be remove from there, as he have no ideas what he doing there or even make an arrangement. Good luck Thuan Duong

Terrible experience, unprofessional. I already had a mortgage in principal and they tried to force me to get an appointment with their advisor. And then when I made an offer on a house they didn’t bother keeping me up to date with any offers that went over mine. Stay well away they are the crookest in the business.
