GoogleWhat a wonderful estate agents. I'd like to give a huge shout out to Charlotte. She has gone above and beyond in helping my daughter secure her first rental property. Charlotte has been so helpful, patient, professional and empathetic. It's so hard for young people to secure a property and she has helped us every step of the way. Couldn't have done it without her, a real asset to her company, deserves a pay rise ๐

GoogleReally recommend this agency. I have already lost hope of finding a place to live. We are a family from Ukraine and it is difficult for us to understand some aspects of renting. They responded very quickly, showed the place and a day later gave an answer that the owner had approved it. They helped with documents and contracts for water, electricity, etc. I am really grateful, because I would never have done it myself. I feel more confident because I understand that I can contact them at any time and they will help. This is very helpful for us. Special thanks to Charlotte for her patience and help

GoogleI let myhouse with them fir five years. Very good service and communication. No troubles. The only problem was they always let my house for shorter periods than I wanted so I had a gap between tennants every year which was a cause of worry and financial pressure for me. Other than that their service is fantastic, response is always prompt and the tenants they brought always looked after the house.
