David and his team sold my property for me whilst I was living abroad, and I cannot have asked for a better group of professionals to have worked with. Communication was excellent throughout and any obstacles were dealt with calmly and competently. Their friendly, approachable manner was a plus-point, proving you can be professional and know your job without being pompous, arrogant or pushy. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them, including helping to ensure the property was looked after before the buyer took possession. They actioned tasks quickly and I never felt any delay in the process from their side. Strongly recommended!

I would like to thank David and his team for helping selling our parents property which completed today. In particular I want to mention Jay who handled the sale, he is the utmost dedicated, professional, courteous and friendly estate agent we have ever come across. Jay liaised direct with the buyer, our solicitor, the buyers solicitor and he kept us informed at all stages throughout the process to help progress the sale through to completion. I highly recommend The Property Specialists and I would not use any other estate agent in Billericay. Thank you Jay.

I was in need of a property quickly and the advert was on right move and had only been up for 40 mins. I called for a viewing. I was offered a viewing the same day just a couple hours away. I agreed. I was able to see a finished/ furnished apartment to get an idea of what a furnished apartment could look like. I also saw the apartment which was available to rent. David was very informative and understanding. Without any hassle, I advised I would like to rent and was offered tenancy there and then. I've never has such a smooth transition/ agreement before. I had issues with other estate agents with other properties prior to looking at this one. There is a community feeling amungst tenants and the estate agents is very close by and always open if there's any issues and concerns. Always warm and welcoming. Couldn't have found a better place if I had tried! Thank you to the team at Property Specialists.

We recently sold our house through Property Specialists. They are an independent estate agent in Billericay and are absolutely second to none. Jay, who we dealt with, was great. So professional, efficient, knowledgeable and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. He was constantly in touch with our solicitor and our buyers solicitor to chase and then informed us of progress. David, the boss was also very instrumental in our sale. If you are looking for an estate agent to sell your house in Billericay I can honestly say look no further then Property Specialists. We also used Paul Robinson to act for us as they were recommended by Prooerty Specialists. Again what a great recommendation. Thank you Jay and David. Linda & John

David, Jay and the team were all very professional, helpful and friendly. The photos taken of the property were great and we had an offer on the property within a few weeks in a very subdued market. They kept us updated and were always available for any questions we had. We would recommend Property Specialist for anyone needing their services in the Billericay and surrounding area.

Jay, David and the team were incredible! Not only did they manage to sell our house 3 Times over at a really difficult time, they managed to move the entire chain along with great speed given our mortgage deadline! Without them Chasing solicitors, other agents, sellers and buyers… We would not been in our dream home right now. Their communication, customer service and advice was second to none and were by far the best agents in the chain. The Property Specialists are the best around. Would not use or recommend anyone else. Thanks guys!

The Property Specialists were fantastic. They take every phone call or if not available always phone back. They were great at guiding us through the whole house selling experience. Very professional in their approach and honestly nothing is too much bother for them. In my opinion I don’t think any estate agent in Billericay could beat them. If you are thinking of selling they are definitely the estate agents to put your house on the market with. Thank you so much David and Jay, we couldn’t have sold without you. Linda and John Ferns

David and team are top notch. Fantastic local knowledge and huge depth of experience - always available to give you advice, listen to concerns and provide reassurance! You just need to follow David’s advice and you will sell your house. What impressed me most however was the service provided after we accepted an offer. Jay went above and beyond in chasing everyone up, keeping our buyers happy and making sure the process went smoothly. He was always very responsive and always called back or provided an update when he said he would. Our buyers (who were using a different agent) even commented to us that our agents were far more responsive and helpful than the one they were using! A huge thank you to David, Jay and team.

So pleased we changed our Estate Agents to The Property Specialists, we had a couple of bad experiences with other agents who shall remain nameless. But the Property Specialists have been professional and honest with us from day one, they have kept us informed and chased everyone involved on our behalf when necessary. David and Jay are are so helpful and couldn’t have done any more for us throughout our sale. We would publicly like to thank Jay who supervised our sale, for his hard work and patience throughout the whole process and I would thoroughly recommend anyone selling their property to contact them first.
