YellUpset that I can't rate 0 stars
Could not be worse. Don't care about residents safety. Drug deals on the roof, access into block by anyone, doors broken and fitted the wrong way round so you press a button to enter and need a fob to exit!!!!! Absolute sick joke. Try to tell residents the broken doors which allow access to drug dealers and youths who defecate in our stairwells are fit for purpose. Anyone can access our block. Hera just condescend and do not care about anything except money money money money money. Everything is an expense to us - we even have to pay for the security guards they put onsite when they were finally scared into action by our awful exposé of them on social media. Lies about our CCTV being stolen - no crime reporting, no sign of break in, as a result there is no CCTV in our block at all. Victim of credit card fraud x8 as you just have to pop a hand into my letter box and help yourself - of course Hera say this is also fit for purpose. Could not make it up.

YellAwful management and even worse customer service
Hera Management is a pathetic excuse for a management services firm; a company which perfectly encapsulates a complete failing of and disregard for corporate governance combined with a breathtakingly incompetent staff. They have continually ignored reasonable requests from residents on issues of safety where they are at fault (e.g. installing locks on the doors to the car park the wrong way so drug dealers can gain access to the building without a fob) in order to avoid paying out. This clearly flies in the face of their alleged values and policies towards residents. Given Hera is a subdivision of Swan and is effectively the same company, their attempts to portray themselves as a fair and just company are an embarrassment. I hope the issues that the residents have out forwarded can be resolved soon, as they should have been a while ago, before we have to take this further to the ombudsman.

YellVery bad - avoid!
I live in a block managed by Hera Management Services and built by Swan. It is not secure because the car park shutters are often out of order, because the doors from the car park into the building are fitted the wrong way round (everyone can get in, but to get out one needs a fob - this is also a life threat in the case of fire - people can easily get trapped inside!) and because apparently residents from another building were given permission to use our car park (at the same time the residents requests for a paid or visitor parking have been continuously refused). This is going on for more than 2 years now and I think I will not pay any of the charges until it is fixed. There are other issues as well, but the security one is the most worrying and the most pressing. And NOTHING seems to be done in spite of numerous complaints from the residents, including a collective one to the senior management.

Yell10 Month dispute over heating repair
Hera Management is the property management company of my leasehold flat. The Heat Interface Unit in my flat which produces hot water and underfloor heating of my flat started to have problems in the summer 2015. Hera asked me to contact Swtich2 from EnerG myself to get an engineer to repair the HIU. I was charged almost £900 for the repair but I was given very poor service by Hera and Switch2 throughout. I have disputed this charge with Hera and Switch2 for over 6 months and I have already paid £481 of it. To this day both companies have not offered any resolution to my complaints. Now Hera has added the unexplained cost of £781 to my service charge without my permission which I am not sure where it comes from. It is on my account with only the description "charges brought foward" with no date next to it. I have emailed Hera many times to explain the cost and now they completely ignore me for several days and have yet to give me an explanation of this charge.

YellAvoid! Avoid!! AVOID!!!
Terrible company:Have been consistently ripped off by these clowns for years now. Their crass incompetence has led to me hating my own home. They don’t care about anything other than money. Customer service is non-existent. I wish I had never heard of this gaggle of thieves!

YellBe warned! Avoid, they charge Sky high Service charges!
The service charges are way too high and the quarterly service charge demands are often wrongly calculated. The customer service is poor, if you have a problem with your apartment then usually you have to resolve it yourself. I would recommend that you don't buy a property that is managed by Hera, look elsewhere...

I wish I could give minus or zero score here. Absolutely despicable company that offers increasing service charges with diminishing returns.

YellPlease Avoid
If I could go back I would have just found another property. If you're reading this and wondering whether to go ahead with these people I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
