GoogleBig thanks to Tim & Ellie & Toby for their exceptional hard work getting us our house sold and to exchange. The attention to detail and level of experience was exceptional. Every hurdle getting to completion they were knowledgable about and overcame. Their level of communication was also very reassuring. The house sold very quickly due to the high quality advert information and pictures. We cannot wait to use them again in the future! Mairi & Jake

GoogleHighly recommend. I have just completed on the sale of my property, sold by Henton and Kirkman. Very close knit team who all work excellently together. Easy to talk to, obtain sound, clear advice and good recommendations for removals etc. Great Photographs taken of my property. From the first visit for valuation to the day of completion, communication was excellent. They set up a WhatsApp group allowing you to contact them outside of office hours, a service which goes above and beyond most other agencies. The team work with you taking the time to understand your vision, wants and concerns. It is very refreshing to find an estate agent who listens to you. I have no hesitation in recommending Henton and Kirkman, very friendly, highly responsive team.

GoogleWe were really happy with Henton Kirkman and Ellie in particular, who made everything so easy. We were impressed throughout the whole process. Firstly when Tim came round and clearly took the time and consideration to value the property at a reasonable amount, without simply comparing to other houses nearby. Then, Ellie looked after everything from there and was constantly one step ahead and had dealt with things before we even asked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in Billericay or nearby. They were miles ahead of other bigger chain estate agents.
