GoogleCalled to arrange a viewing for a property at 1200 on the Saturday. Made a couple of calls to arrange it.
On the Saturday gave then a call at 1205 while waiting outside of the property. Manager Wayne did not have a viewing listed and asked who I arranged it with. I let him know that it was with Spencer.
He gave Spencer a call and called me back. The viewing was not apparently confirmed and the property also has an agreed offer on it.
Be sure that your appointments are confirmed in writing if you want to view a property. At no point was o told the viewing would not be going ahead.
The manager Wayne was very apologetic and handled the situation well on the phone. However I travelled about 20 miles to view this property so am not particularly happy.NegativeProfessionalism
