GoogleI've recently had an offer accepted on a property found and shown to me by Aseena at Billericay Douglas Allen, and I couldn't be happier with the service I've received. She has been in constant communication and made this such an easy and speedy process, when I had no idea what I was doing! Aseena was so helpful and friendly when I brought my family to the viewing and I can't thank her enough.

We were told that Douglas Allen were the best agents to sell our property, and that by using them we would have a stress free experience, high customer care and professionalism at all times! Having lived in our home for 39 years, and having to move only because of mobility problems, a stress free experience and top class customer care were top of our agenda, unfortunately Douglas Allen have not delivered, and now we are tied into a 20 week contract, having to just make the best of a bad situation, for which we have to pay for the privilege of poor customer service, endless excuses and anything but "STRESS FREE"! Saying all that, there is one member of staff who has stopped us from going totally insane, (thank you Ian).

Selling our house through Douglas Allen was fantastic. Our local Billericay branch was recommended to us by a friend and we are so glad we used them. They sold our house within three days, the first viewing was within half an hour of the initial meeting. Since then they have helped us all the way with any questions we had and were totally 'on the ball'. They always replied to any emails and telephoned when they said they would. They also telephoned to enquire about any viewings we had and always offered to contact other estate agents throughout the process. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. A big thank you to Gill, Trevor & Nick' Our sale has now been passed to Nicole who is the sales progressor for Douglas Allen. She is also 'on the ball', very helpful and explains things in simple terms. We do not have a lot of experience with estate agents but would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We short listed 2 agents to consider putting our house on the market with. Was considering the idea of an open house as described by your employee. However the administration process that should have followed was shocking. I had to chase on 2 occasions for the letter by post or email that confirmed the valuation, which to this day, several weeks later has never arrived. The email never arrived and all I received was a one liner giving the valuation amount. Not very professional at all. I would be paying Douglas Allen to do all the work, not expect to have to chase up. Not a good impression. The star rating above is not totally accurate. Their was no friction during the meeting, however it was an inadequate experience.

There were a few problems throughout the legal process once we had sold but Keith took each one in his stride with Steve taking a hard line with our buyers when they started delaying the process.
