This review is specific to the recovery of the deposit from the tenants after the property was vacated and left in an awful condition. We dealt with Kim, a deposit specialist, she was helpful, professional and empathetic to us and communicated regularly through the process to it's conclusion. She is a real asset to Taylor's business.

I am impressed with the proactive approach and helpfulness of the Taylor Team, Biggleswade. Samantha, can't appreciate enough, you Rock. 💫 From viewings to hand-over of the keys, everything was handled so smoothly. She went the extra mile at every step of the process, perfecting documentation and supporting each query I had while I was located in London and could not travel every time. Although it was a very challenging scenario to have the agreement in the shortest time before I left for abroad, Samantha made it happen. It was 'an incredible Job'. Overall, felt so accommodating with all my queries answered even after my move-in. I strongly would recommend their services.

Everybody at Taylors has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout our entire move from the very beginning to end. Completely non-biased, impartial advice from Ethan in particular was extremely helpful. Both Miladh and Mason were great in working with us to schedule viewings also. This resulted in them leading a buyer to our property after recognising their taste, they then purchased our property and in great time! A big thank you again to the entire team. It was a long road however Taylors were always at hand to answer questions, come up with solutions and always offered a friendly ear when needed.
