GoogleI've had a great experience selling my property through Taylors. They quickly found me a buyer however my solicitor was letting me down, not making any progress with the sale. Taylors jumped in and have worked really hard ensuring it went ahead. Special thanks to Pete and Elle for putting the time in!

GoogleI had really good experience as a tenant looking for a property. After missing out on my fist choice, Rebecca kept an eye out for something suitable and I was not disappointed. Rebecca was very helpful with every aspect and was able to deal with any questions I had. Thanks very much, I will certainly use Taylors in the future.

Spent a year in a house share where they did nothing to remove an awful tenant who stole food and caused aggravation that several had to leave early. The cleaners they had come in stole equipment and didnt do a bloody thing Have the nerve to confirm that my balance was clear and then try and take rent arrears from the account.

All the staff we deal with are very helpful.Miss Maria Kemp in particular is a first class manager.Her communication skills, professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. Yet another great service from the lettings team. Vienna & Lesley have been persistent and professional throughout. The covid impact has left me rather downbeat but the ladies have been optimistic ad continued forward, and their tenacity paid off. As I have come to expect (im spoilt now) they go above my expectations, which is very reassuring and comforting. Vienna is a great asset to the team and is always on hand - Lesley has built up a great team! I highly recommend!!!

GoogleSince my last review advising on how poor the service provided by Taylor’s sales Team, and letting, I have since been successful in recovering the whole deposit they owe me.. the fight against unauthorised access is still ongoing but looks favourable. All I would advise is think very carefully before using this company.

5 stars doesn't do David, Katie and the team at Taylors in Swindon justice, David was an absolute legend when it came to letting my house out, no only did he take excellent photographs, full listing details, my property went on their website on a Friday and Monday morning I had a call to say a Let had been agreed, rent payments have been on time every month, any questions I've had have been answer quickly.When we came to list my wife's house ready for our move we went straight to David, I didn't think it was possible to beat last time but they had a let agreed the same day we instructed them.David should be well on the way to winning Letting Agent of the year (if such a thing exists!)If your considering letting out your home - use Taylor's it's as simple as that!

Horrendous Lettings agency, ready to gulp down entire of your deposit, that's their game. You cant escape, so if possible dont get into it. Anyone struggling can consult me, shall let you know how to extract every last legitimate money that you deserve to be returned. I took them to the adjudicator and won.

GoogleI have an excellent relationship with Emily Flack in Taylor's Biggleswade, who is always on hand to provide guidance and advice when it is requested and always forthcoming with information regarding my property when required. The experience is totally professional and really requires minimal effort on my part, unlike the experiences I had previously. I wouldn't work with Taylor's if Emily Flack wasn't there. I would highly recommend. 👌👌

GoogleTaylor's sold our property quickly , we had 12 viewings within 3 days of going on right move and multiple offers then followed very quickly after. Even when the first time it failed, the second time they had 10 viewings in three days and 3 offers in a matter of a week. Very impressive. My only caution is not to use conveyancing solicitors recommended by Taylor's as our buyers used them and they were poor in comparison to a local solicitor. Ricky and in particular Daniel however were fantastic throughout.

GoogleWe moved into our rented property two months ago. The whole process from application to moving in was made so easy and manageable by Emily and Holly. They were easy to contact and always responded to my questions. Since moving in we have had no issues with the property but the app seems to make it easy to address possible problems. I wouldn’t hesitate in using this branch of Taylor’s to find a rental property again.
