GoogleMy partner and I have just rented from Belvoir for our first property together. From start to finish Shalin and Minesh have been top class. So helpful and approachable at every single stage. We were obviously very nervous and had no clue what we were doing but they have made us feel so at ease with promptness and assistance we have felt so relaxed in what should otherwise be a really stressful situation! Over the moon with our property thanks guys!

AllAgentsWe've never had this much
We've never had this much trouble with an agent before in our lives. We had several viewings and they were always very kind. However, they only opened the door for the back entrance. Upon moving in, we discovered that this was because the front entrance wouldn't shut properly, the beginning of a long list of issues. Our move in date was the 6th of September. Previously, any rental property we'd moved into had been cleaned. This was clearly not the case here. Our first impression of the house when we arrived on 6th September was the smell – we (along with friends and family who helped us move) felt that the house smelt very strongly of something resembling cat urine. As we viewed the house, it felt like we were in a horror film. They allowed us to move into a smelly, dirty property with a young family and my wife broke down in tears when we were looking at the state of the house. We complained at 1pm on our moving day and it was completely ignored. We're having to share a set of keys and have no access to the French doors. The old tenants property is still littered around, as well as their lingering smells, dirt and even their underwear. We feel utterly mortified by everything that's happened and feel completely misled. We wish we'd never moved.

GoogleAfter renting with nightmare estate agents, Minesh and Shalin were a complete game changer. Very professional, very reasonable, and a big part of why I stayed as long as I did in the property before deciding to relocate. If I move back to the area again, I'll be calling on them first.

GoogleI used Belvoir to rent out our house in Biggleswade. They managed the whole process, which was great as we live abroad and it’s difficult with the time zone difference. They are extremely thorough with the itemization of the house - lots of pictures to prove current condition, etc. Shalin was also helpful by recommending contractors to help get the property up to spec for rental. Belvoir has lots of experience in the rental market and I’d certainly recommend them. They turned our rental around within 1 to 2 weeks.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Since the branch has been taken over there has been a dramatic improvement with communication and customer service. Small things make a difference such as fast replies to emails, call backs and receipts for payments. I have mostly dealt with Ambrose at the branch and he has been excellent, very friendly and helpful.
We have had a number of agents throughout the rental period and the Belvoir Biggleswade team are by far the best. The process is much most streamline and the correspondence thorough and prompt. During the end of tenancy and move out process Shalin had been incredibly helpful keeping us up-to-date and answered all of our questions. Brilliant team and I would recommend.

Shalin and Minesh are a credit to Belvoir. From the outset they were flawless in the letting process from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and were at hand to explain the finer details of letting. They are both extremely approachable and so easy to get on with. I can see why landlords come back to them out of area to use as these guys are the best I have dealt with. When my personal circumstances changed they bent over backwards to help and I couldn't ask for more. I can wholeheartedly recommend these two gentleman without any reservations.

I have what I consider to be a healthy disdain for Estate Agents having dealt with F**tons as letting agents in london for over 10 years. Shalin and Minesh exceeded my expectations, being professional, friendly, extreamly communicative and very helpful. They negotiated a couple of things between myself and my prospective tenant until we arrived at a place we were both happy. (Unlike other agents who would have pushed us down a road THEY wanted). Any difficulties we encountered were immediately talked through and rectified. I can highly recommend this branch of Belvoir and I see my tenant has left a 5* review too so happy all round. Apart from anything else, they're nice guys doing a very good job. Thank you. :-)

Having visited other unhelpful estate agents in Biggleswade, my partner and I were about to give up looking for a rental property that allowed pets until we saw Belvoir. Shalin and Minesh were like a breath of fresh air and could not of been more understanding of our situation and needs. They are friendly, knowledgable and genuinely care about you and finding the right home for you. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls and have dealt with any problems with the house in a fast and efficient manner. I couldn't recommend any higher and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again in the future. Thank you Shalin and Minesh, you helped us through this nightmare situation.

As landlords we have used numerous letting agents over the years and we can honestly say that the guys at Belvoir have been the best, they acted in a very efficient, slick and professional way. Any emails, calls etc. were responded to promptly and effectively and we have nothing but praise for the way they conducted business with us. Many thanks to Minesh and Shalin for a stress and hassle-free letting experience. Finally, we must say that the photo inventory is one of the best we've seen and you must be commended for doing such a professional job.

I would highly recommend anyone to use these agents. I moved from London into Bedfordshire and truly believe it wouldn't have been possible without Shalin, he's a great agent very professional and accommodating considering I had to travel from London. Shalin has a true passion for his job and furthermore is a people's person and truly cares. Before moving into my home Shalin ensured certain checks and safety measures were implemented and reassured me on these. I can honestly say Minesh, Shalin and Ambrose always deal with matters quickly and professionally. All three are very easy to talk to which I think is very important. I couldn't ask for better agents. Highly recommend to use!

Well, I'm a bit disappointed there are only 5 stars as I wanted to give 10! Straight from the first phone call, through viewing and letting the property (well...so far) both, Shalin And Minesh, are very friendly, helpful and meet our expectations. On every step, everything was clear regarding the fees, and if there was/is something about the property which was/is not clear or there was/is they are always on the case straight away! Highly recommend to everyone!
