GoogleJohn was a fantastic estate agent. When viewing the property for a valuation his enthusiasm and passion was obvious. He gave an accurate valuation that the flat ended up being sold for. When it came to putting the property on the market Howard Cundey took great pictures, created a brochure and also took a very nice video. They found a buyer on the second weekend and were extremely helpful and responsive for the entire process. Would definitely use again!

A knowledgeable and professional Agent is rare to find these days. We have moved several times in our life but Howard Cundy have been by far the easiest people to deal with. Their attention to detail with a friendly approach made the whole experience of selling my property a stress free process. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to friends and family.

GoogleVery unprofessional. Couldn’t even be bothered to tell us if an offer had been accepted. When calling the next day we got “Oh yes, it’s a no! “. Then when I asked why I wasn’t contacted I got told “ We did didn’t we!” Staff need customer service training. Manager was apologetic.

GoogleTerrible estate agency! My grandmother’s experience has been absolutely terrible. The estate agent We have has a kind , sweet and bubbly mannerism however she has not done her job properly at all! I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in Howard Cundeys service so far but i am not in the least bit surprised! On more than one occasion my nan being vulnerable due to health issues has been asked to do viewings herself by our estate agent who ‘cant make the viewing’ and when confronted about mixed messages our estate agent was very rude about this. Our house has been on the market since January and we have hardly had anyone interested and have even been advised by our agent to drop the price which was not the best move to make as this is a last resort to take! Howard Cundey has taken my grandmothers money and done nothing in her favour! Very very disappointed!

GoogleTried to sell our property with this agent. Sales staff changed every couple of weeks and will tell you lies about who's interested. They don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. Tried to charge me for a floor plan !
