The number 1 agent in Bideford

We have bought and sold through Cowlings and found them to be exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. In association with out recent sale we found that valuation advice is to be trusted this bringing us 66% viewing to offer ratio and 100% of offers at the asking price. Maintaining communication and driving the chain over and above expectation has made the process almost painless. I would highly recommend Jenny and her team who are clearly well regarded by all their customers.

Professional, first class service

I found Jenny and her team excellent in every way during the process of acquiring a buyer for my house - efficient, enthusiastic and professional. The valuation proved to be totally accurate, whilst I had received advice elsewhere to substantially lower my expectation. Thank you Cowlings, you can be sure of my recommendation.

Best estate agent in Bideford

Cowlings are by far the best estate agents in Bideford, I have had some experience with most of the other agents in Bideford and none of them comes close. The staff are not only efficient but friendly and genuinely interested in providing excellent customer service as standard. They always go the extra mile and communication is a priority. I would always recommend them to anyone purchasing or selling.
