Honest, open and simply easy to deal with

I have bought and sold a few properties with each agent just doing enough to justify the fee! Simon came to see us following other local agents who just tried to be too smart and complicated. Simon is professional and honest and will give you his honest opinion, other agents in the area are over the top and just try to be to clever. All the personal and professional service you could wish for

Brights were wonderful. We had only bought one house in the past and that was 40 years ago! We have sold a grade 2 listed building and Brights were marvellous with their advice and support. They liaised with our solicitors every step of the way which kept stress levels to a minimum. We bought a bungalow through Brights and nothing appeared too much trouble for Neil, Simon & Kevin.
