GoogleRecently used Blaks for our house sale, Unfortunately this sale didn’t complete but I couldn’t have asked from any more from James who worked around the clock to make sure the process was going well. Thanks again Blaks and we will try again in the new year.

GoogleI have had such a poor experience with BLaK Property. If I look at a property online and I think it's suitable, then that's what I mean, I don't expect to be cut off and insulted by an estate agent. If this company wants to continue in business, I would suggest that the estate agents take a brief course on people skills. Landlords beware: this company will be representing you to potential clients. Do you really want to be represented by an organisation that treats people like this?

GoogleFor property rental I would say this place is less than useless, I was constantly emailed the same property list, week after week, despite being told that most if the properties had already gone. Send in applications for viewings and recieve no reply at all, so they are less than helpful. I would strongly advise that if you're looking to rent a property, to go elsewhere.

TrustpilotRude and unprofessional
Rude, abrupt, and unprofessional in their email correspondence. I feel sorry for the sellers who they represent.
