GoogleTook over a property in the Audley area which was my late Father's house. Key 2 Let were the agents in place. Liz was always very helpful & especially so when we decided to sell the property. Key 2 Let helped us a great deal right up to the sale completion. I have no hesitation to recommend them. Many thanks.

GoogleGreat experience with Keys2Let especially Liz who was fantastic from the day I viewed the property to the day till I moved out, great support during my tenancy, any problems were dealt with immediately, fantastic communication. Would absolutely use this company again.

GoogleLeft us living in a damp mouldy house. Constantly said during the house viewings from the first year but nothing was done even after having a new born. Really affected my mental health as well as our physical health. Little to no insulation in the loft, radiators needed bleeding but had no access to do this so house was constantly cold. Snide comments about our parenting made when we couldn’t afford to move in the current situations, moved out as soon as we had the chance. Would avoid at all costs, doesn’t get government approved repairs done. Left without a boiler in November for a week, and no shower in July. Avoid. Also not a registered company…

GoogleMy dealings with Key2let were quite different to what I’m reading here, both as a landlord and a tenant on two different occasions. Informative, helpful, making things happen when needed. No complaints.

GoogleAwful experince, complete unwillingness to help from Liz and lying from her to the landlord. Landlord negligence leaving me in a mouldy flat without proper attempt to fix. Ontop of all that the landlord makes a claim against deposit, would highly not recommend!

GoogleAndrzej Borys nice fake review. Unfortunately you live in Poland so I don't think you have every met or have anything to do with a real estate agent in the UK. Please do not believe any 5 star reviews for this company. They are under investigation from multiple government and official bodies due to their conduct and business behaviours. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

GoogleDo you want to live a damp mouldy house that take 14+ months to get repaired then you get blamed for the lack of repairs? Go with these! Also if you need to contact them go through hurstvale riding school.. you’ll actually get a response then.

GoogleDependable and Trustworthy. No frills, but no drama or issues either. A very good lettings agency. Ignore the bad reviews, I am a happy tenant and have no problems.
