Selling a house can be very stressful as we had used numerous Estate Agents in Bicester and they were not successful to sell my property but Quadrant was determined to sell it for me, I would like to give a massive shout out to the following team members Debi who was constantly keeping me updated with everything amazing and genuinely so lovely, Nando who was always there and Julia I couldn’t have sold my house without these amazing individuals Thank you Thank you and if you ever need a house sold go to Quadrant highly recommend they are the BEST.❤️

Fast forward to looking to sell my house, Nando was again the first person I spoke to when I rang quadrant for a valuation. He was one the reasons I chose quadrant
Nando has a very personable, warmth manner and was very responsive and contactable at all times. He went above and beyond what I would expect from an estate agent and highlighted the benefits of a quality agent over online diy property sales. He was available at all times when I needed an answer
Since then I have also had the pleasure of dealing with others at quadrant who helped in many ways facilitating the sale of my home.
It is aptly poignant that Nando was my very first point of contact when looking to move into bicester and ultimately also when last contact when leaving the town.
I thank Nando and quadrant for the time and effort they have put in to facilitating the sale of my house.

After a timely initial engagement with them, pay their full fee over 1k straight away at least 6 months ago now we're getting radio silence, no one in the company have had the dignity to come back to us or our architect for them to undergo the building control. We've tried to go all the way up and nothing, not even responding to our request for refund. This company/scam is a disgrace and hope they go into liquidation any time soon.

Please avoid this company been trying for nearly three years to get them to put things right. They passed our extension off on photos supplied by the builder. Wish we had used our councils building control dept as we had in the past. Quadrant won’t even discuss the matter, we have reported them and builder to our local trading standards dept and urge other people to do the same. This company keeps providing sub standard service and keeps getting away with it, avoid like the plague.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. They signed off a house I purchased and I found so many building faults it's cost me thousands to put right and they don't care. Their first response 'there is a disclaimer on the bottom of the certificate' I've tried their governing body but that's all chums together so they can just carry on being useless at their job and charging thousands, and the little man just had to put up with it! Don't touch this company unless you want something dodgy passing, then it's right up their street
