Outstanding Service from Leonard at Our Move

I have to say, Leonard is an exceptionally pleasant and capable professional, truly the ideal agent for any seller. We encountered a few challenges during the initial negotiation stages, the very moments that often make or break a deal, yet Leonard navigated them with remarkable skill and calm. He managed to build trust on all sides and kept the process moving smoothly. Even from a buyer’s perspective, I’m genuinely impressed by how thoroughly Leonard at Our Move organised every aspect of the viewing, pricing discussions, and the handover. His attention to detail and his ability to keep everyone aligned made the entire experience seamless. I would strongly recommend Leonard to anyone seeking a smooth, well‑managed property transaction. He is, without doubt, a standout professional.

Very poor service from this company, completely wasted my time, held my holding deposit for over 3 months, deceiving us that we will be able to move into our potential property, all along stringing us along, I have never experienced such appalling and unprofessional service, Pls stay away, the worst estate agent ever

Had a bad experience with this agency today. While the guy i spoke with on the phone while making inquiries seemed nice, the guy that went to show me the apartment didn't seem interested in whatever i was telling him. Very disappointing service and Total waste of my time.
