I chose Rush, Witt and Wilson because Ralph Popple’s valuation visit was by far the most professional and measured of the three agencies I contacted and they have not disappointed. I was kept informed of progress without having to chase , first by Jackie and then by Parris, whose excellent photography of my property was impressive and I’m sure was in part responsible for securing an offer from the first people who viewed it. GoogleCan't recommend this firm highly enough. They valued our house accurately and sold it very quickly. The progress of the sale has not been entirely smooth for reasons beyond anyone's control but RWW's excellent progress chasing, led by Sarah Sanderson, has been energetic and effective, keeping us informed at all times and maintaining contact with all the other parties - home owners, solicitors and the other agents involved.. Often we have hit 'bumps in the road' and Sarah in particular, but the whole firm in general, has been effective in 'ironing' these out.

Other agents in the chain themselves commented on the effective way RWW kept track of each movement in the various sales, so that everyone was in the picture at all times. There were a few occasions, especially nearing completion, when the chain was in danger of breaking, and RWW pulled out the stops to keep things on track. Result was a good sale achieved.

GoogleAfter the initial meeting I was really disappointed with their service at the Bexhill branch. Danny Power was the breath of fresh air but the others made me feel not important and not welcome whenever I contacted them or walked into the branch. Maybe the value was not high enough? Two of the sales fell through where I wasn’t given the full picture or full checks were done before they fell through, wasting time. As a first time seller a disappointing frustrating experience.
