GoogleMy situation was a bit more complicated than most and a sale had to happen extremely quickly. Richard outlined my options clearly including all costs and explained the upside and downside for each. There was complete transparency at every stage. Once a decision was made Richard's team got to work immediately and had my property advertised within hours on receiving my approval to go ahead. A first time buyer was found but even then Richard's assistant Sandy kept up the pressure for things to more quickly due to my circumstances and she kept me up to date at each step of the way. A completion was completed in double quick time which the buyer was more than happy with and I was ecstatic. I cannot give this company enough praise for what they did. They were courteous and professional throughout the whole process and managed to take an extremely stressful situation and make it into one that ended with all parties delighted with the outcome. Well done all involved but especially Richard and Sandy.

GoogleCan't recommend this firm highly enough. They valued our house accurately and sold it very quickly. The progress of the sale has not been entirely smooth for reasons beyond anyone's control but RWW's excellent progress chasing, led by Sarah Sanderson, has been energetic and effective, keeping us informed at all times and maintaining contact with all the other parties - home owners, solicitors and the other agents involved.. Often we have hit 'bumps in the road' and Sarah in particular, but the whole firm in general, has been effective in 'ironing' these out.

Other agents in the chain themselves commented on the effective way RWW kept track of each movement in the various sales, so that everyone was in the picture at all times. There were a few occasions, especially nearing completion, when the chain was in danger of breaking, and RWW pulled out the stops to keep things on track. Result was a good sale achieved.

Very terrible experience, please avoid dealing with them. for a few dust, they are charging us 155 , a big SCAM. This agency does not deserve any star . our daughter was sick twice in this property . dehumidifier was on 24 hrs On . until now, we did not receive our deposit. We raised a complaint but they come back to us with bla bla without a resolution. We are planning to take to ombudsman

Although the staff were polite and friendly, I had a very negative experience using this company when trying to purchase two grade 2 listed properties in northiam and bodiam. The owner of the northiam property would not confirm if the private drainage was compliant and we waited weeks and it cost us over £2000. The owner would not progress the sale when we offered an alternative way forward. I complained to the branch manager. He showed my complaint to other staff members but never replied to me. The property went straight back on the market even though the vendor would not sort out the drainage and the company completely disregarded my concerns. The next purchasers might fall into the same situation we did and the company do not want to take any responsibility regarding how this effects the buyers.
The second property in bodiam was just coming on the market and was disclosed to us that a member of staff was related to the vendor. They assured as the sale could move quickly and if the drainage was not compliant the vendor would sort it out. We agreed to the full asking price and waited for the compliance to be confirmed. We waited another 2 weeks but still wasn't told if it was compliant and also if it was not we would need to pay towards it. The cottage is now back on the market at £20k more than the original price! What I experienced does not seem very professional. BEWARE of private drainage and false promises.
