I haven’t had the easiest process buying my flat, but that is not fault of the estate agents, but more so the solicitors! All I can is Will was absoutley phenomenal throughout the entire process. He made sure to update me every step of the way, and the communication was excellent. I had more communication from Will than I did my own solicitor. He was absolutely brilliant at chasing the solicitors to get answers/and pushed the process along. I definitely wouldn’t have completed when I did if it wasn’t for Will. Brilliant company. 100% recommend if you’re looking to sell/buy with them.

Will from New Foundations is the best around. He is so focused on delivering a person-centred experience, and made us feel extremely comfortable as first time buyers. He talked us through every step of the process and answered our silliest questions without judgement, ensuring we felt we could approach him at any given point which massively relieved the stress of buying a home. When Will was on annual leave, we were supported by Nathan, who was equally as friendly and helpful. He saw to our concerns and queries in an efficient and professional manner so we felt extremely at ease while Will was away, and knew we were left in good hands. New Foundations has made what is usually a stressful time so much easier. My partner and I felt so comfortable and reassured at all points. I would highly recommend New Foundations Estate Agents in Bexhill-on-Sea. A huge thank you to Nick, Will and all at New Foundations. We have been through quite a journey together, including someone pulling out at week of exchange. It was a shock all round but they found us the perfect property and we are in and making it a home. If it wasn’t for Will I think I would have had a nervous breakdown with the amount of stress we went through. Moving is so stressful but we were extremely unlucky yet New Foundations helped us through it all, went far beyond their responsibilities to ensure we were not left without a property. First used Nick over 20 years ago and again he and the team at New Foundations have been great. They all communicate well keeping you up to date regularly . Will worked particularly hard to facilitate exchange of contracts when the first time buyers legal team were useless.
