GoogleDo not recommend!
Firstly: No flexibility or availability when having the staff to do viewings ie only one person doing them.
Secondly: Cancelled the viewing 20 mins beforehand due to their letting agent going home ill,however then finding out from another source Maltbys had been doing viewings in the same property all day prior.
Thirdly: Blasé approach and could not find a solution for example another member of staff going the extra mile to honour the viewing
I am relieved that I am not pursuing any further contact with Maltbys as they in my experience are unprofessional!

It’s disheartening that rather than understanding and rebooking the viewing, you have chosen to assume the worst and resort to defamation. While we would have loved to accommodate your viewing at that time, our team members were already handling other appointments, and we were unable to find a last-minute alternative.

The sale itself was a tricky process due to the paperwork from the previous sale not being in order, however Maltbys acted with the utmost care and professionalism throughout the entire process. I put an offer in on a premise to rent. Rang twice to find out if my offer had been accepted. I was told they couldn't get hold of the client, which is fair enough, xhowever I was also told they were going to ring me by the end of the day which they didn't. Day 2 not even a phone with an update.

Hi Darren, I listened to the call and Saffron very politely advised you that the landlord was travelling and may not be reachable immediately and she would let you know as soon as she had a response to your offer. Despite this you continued to call during the day pressing for a response. Saffron remained calm and professional simply reiterating the situation to you. I understand she has since been in touch to advise you of the landlord's response as soon as she received it.

Hi Mustafa, the viewing was cancelled because you informed my colleague that your maximum budget was significantly below the asking rent. The property was let at the full asking price two hours before your scheduled appointment, and you were notified right away. Unfortunately, your response to this was aggressive and unacceptable. We always aim to treat our clients with respect and expect the same in return.

Very pleased to say. This completely new team are on the ball! Very approachable, proactive and highly communicative.
They have sent tradesmen around (same day where they could) they keep a check, to see if they actually arrived, and done the work satisfactory. Explained what was happening. Listened carefully to the problems and dealt with them.
I can’t rate them highly enough.
They may have trouble shaking off their old reputation. But as long as these ladies are in charge, I would want to go anywhere else!
