TrustpilotThree cheers for the amazing Just Property Team
We can not credit Sibhan Tina Natasha and Team highly enough. Their professionalism, was second to none, along with kindness and sympathy in the more challenging aspects of the conveyancing issues we encountered. Their ability to see the bigger picture and encouragement was very comforting.
Thank you for sharing your experience :)

TrustpilotHappy with Just Property
Just Property are a great firm. They managed to sell my property for the full asking price within six days. They responded quickly to my numerous emails and most staff were very helpful, on the ball and friendly. I doubt you’d be disappointed if you sell through Just Property.
Thank you Toni!!

TrustpilotThe agents and team were lovely
The agents and team were lovely, the only thing I will say is initially the agent who came to value the house only turned up with a camera to take photos of the property, also wanting to list under the average sale price of the other properties on the street, it wasn't until we informed him of the sales of the street that the correct price was set, ideally it would have been better for them to have valued the property before wanting to take photographs.

The whole team were extremely helpful and efficient. Frederica and Ben, in particular, were very supportive with our house purchase and also gave great recommendations for local solicitors, removal firms, etc. We hope to live in our new home for many years but when we come to sell, Just Property will be our first choice of estate agent.
Hello Yvonne, thank you for your lovely kind words about us here at Just Property. What a beautiful home you both have and no doubt see you around the Old Town. Best wishes, Frederica Godfrey

TrustpilotJust Property professional
Just Property have helped us over the years to buy property and this year they did a great job in helping us sell a property we rented out. They liased with our tenant and organised an open day viewing and the next day we had two asking price offers. We're delighted to have accepted one and have exchanged contracts. Throughout the entire process they have been extremely professional and always kept us informed. They go beyond the typical services and are always happy to help us such as water meter readings etc. We would always use them to sell and would strongly recommend them to fellow buyers and sellers.

We have just bought and sold with Just Property. The marketing team were excellent and I couldn’t fault them. I did not think we were treated as well by the sales negotiation team as they were more bothered about keeping our buyers happy than us. I thought the completion was handled particularly badly with Just Property handing the keys to the house to the buyers without telling us or our solicitor which meant the buyers turned up before we had left the house or finished clearing it. That should not have happened.

I can't praise Just Property highly enough. They have all been amazing. Very professional. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you all so much for selling my property and for finding my dream property. Would definately recommend Just Property. Good luck with your new business in Bexhill, it will be a great success and well deserved
Thank you Jenny!

GoogleI find their agents very friendly and responsive. They actually feel like they're trying to help you rather than just trying to sell stuff to you. They help sell a lot of lovely properties around Bexhill. They were also the quickest company to get in touch with me when I was enquiring. Update as of completion of sale: They were far more helpful and informative than the solicitors I used who were a nightmare! Very friendly and helpful the whole way with regular email updates and calls. They even gave me a bottle of wine when I picked up my keys. Highly recommended.

TrustpilotGood. Ish.
In general everyone was pleasant and professional, and despite a long and somewhat bumpy ride we got there in the end. However, it's only three stars because the busy housing market seemed to take their eyes off the ball. It felt as if they were constantly so busy, they weren't particularly engaged in getting my ouse sold at its best price; communication was at times pretty poor; and I never was sure who specifically was dealing with my sale - it seemed like every other time I rang or got an email i was dealing with a different member of staff. But, as I say, the guys (all guys) were friendly and engaging and the sale was eventually made.

Just Property provide a very thorough and professional service. I was particularly impressed by how we kept fully informed and up-to-date at all times. In the past, with other agents, I have had to call to ask for progress reports, but with Just Property they were extremely proactive and in touch very regularly with updates. Highly recommended.
Hello Mike, thank you for your kind words - we're all delighted we got there in the end. Do wave when passing us in the Old Town. Kind regards, Just Property.

I'd like to echo the sentiments of the 97%. I have used Just Property three time over the years. They just do it properly at Just property. Kept me posted all the way and made what would normally be a stressful time more bearable. Whether you're buying or selling, if you want results without the flannel, these are the 'go-to' people. I recommend them without hesitation. A special thanks go to Charles and Ben. I won't be using them again but that's because they've made it possible for me to realise a lifelong dream of moving to the Scottish Highlands.

TrustpilotGreat service
We have just completed a sale and purchase and are currently going through another sale. We have had to go through a difficult process with two sets of buyers dropping out at the last minute as we were attempting to hold on to the purchase of the house that we desperately wanted. Throughout the process the Just team have been unfailingly friendly, patient, reassuring and generally extremely helpful. They have always kept us up to date and been readily available to discuss progress. We would happily use them in future and recommend their service to others.

TrustpilotThank you Just Property for everything!
From the moment Charles came round at our first meeting we knew we were in good hands. We had 26 viewings, all appointments booked with us in good time and constant contact and feedback. Issie also gets a mention here, glad she was working for us ...a great negotiator, constant updates and achieved to result we wanted.Once we had accepted an offer, Ben took over dealing with everything.Everything so smooth, nothing a problem. They really have earned every penny of their fee, we’re absolutely delighted.Top Class !

TrustpilotThe Kind of Estate Agents I Needed
Just Property are exactly the kind of estate agent I needed to act for me when selling my house and purchasing another property in the same area of East Sussex. They have a very professional approach and take the time to listen to their clients, and in my experience they went the extra mile to help us with the buying and selling process. As a company Just Property are pleasant, personable and helpful to deal with, and were very knowledgeable regarding the different types of property their agency handles. I’m happy to say that their excellent service met all of our expectations and would thoroughly recommend them to handle the buying and selling of your home.

TrustpilotA* rated Estate Agents :)
I would not hesitate to recommend the Just Property Team. We have just completed a sale with them and they were professional, friendly, hard-working and (most importantly) honest throughout the whole process. It was not always the easiest of sales and Ben jumped in daily to keep us sane and make it happen. Thanks to all.
Thanks Kirstie, All the best in the Future. Kind Regards, the JP Team

TrustpilotJust Brilliant
This brilliant team of professional, friendly people sold our property for us and negotiated the purchase of our stunning new home. Their easy and friendly communication was always reassuring. They were totally on the ball and helpful at the different stages of our concurrent buying and selling experience Thank you guys - but won't be using you again - we are so happy with our for life purchase!

TrustpilotThe team were responsive to emails and…
The team were responsive to emails and communicated well. The only reason I have not scored 5 stars is that the lease length was inaccurate on the property information, which was a vital piece of info when making our offer. Our estate agent required this from our leasehold property before it was advertised for sale online. I suggest Just Property do the same in the future, to ensure potential buyers have accurate information before making offers and decisions on a purchase.

We have bought and sold a couple of times through Just Property and the service gets better every time, They have a fantastic team from valuing the property to viewings and then ongoing support on the purchase. Tom done a fantastic job keeping us informed through the whole process. Could not fault the service received. They went above and beyond to help with our sale and Purchase. Thank you so much for all of your help!
