TrustpilotOverall very good experience
The only criticism is that when you are viewing a property the agent showing you around should be very knowledgeable. We nearly bought another property. Victoria at Beercocks saved the day by sending an email addressing our one concerns. That email clinched her a sale.

GoogleAs estate agents go, Beercocks apparently has a well-known reputation for over-pricing properties. However, in reality, that's really all down to the vendor. The Beverley office has always been helpful and pleasant. If they sell my house then I'll come back and give them the fifth star!!

Thank you for your kind review! Although we were not aware of our “well known” reputation, we are happy to see you aren’t in agreement. On average we achieve 98.9% of the asking price of the properties we sell 😀. Can’t wait to receive the 5th star in the future! Thanks again …
