We were dropped in it by our private landlord, asked us if we are staying, then gave us a new contract with changed terms and a 10.8% rent increase and then 1 weeks later came to tell us they were selling up and a 2 months notice. We decided to look in the Doncaster area as that’s where we both work, and found a few. I’ve used the property hive a couple yrs ago but that fell through, our choice.The property hive were great, got very quick viewing slot for rental on Whitmoore drive, Auckley, as numerous people wanted to view. We got the house. 2 weeks to do the relevant checks all very smooth handling and handover by Stephanie, very professional and polite.I would recommend The Property Hive to anyone renting or buying.

We have recently started using to The Property Hive to manage our first rental property. Steph who came out to speak to us was very friendly and knowledgable. Liz who does viewings was also friendly and approachable, allowing us to attend viewings to meet prospective tenants. After the first tenants pulled out, Steph and Liz arranged another round of viewings quickly and we secured a new tenancy. Our first tenants have since moved in and everything is going well, Steph has kept us updated and arranged everything, very happy with the service we have received so far.
