GoogleWe had seen a number of properties in our area with The Property Hive appear to get sold very quickly. We chose to ask them to come and value our property which we were considering putting on the market. Sylvia met my husband and he was very impressed by her professionalism. What she had to say made a lot of sense. We will without doubt contact her again with any further properties we intend to sell.

GoogleVery competitive price, quick communication, smooth sale, special thing about them is the quote that was agreed initially, that was the final bill. No extra, hidden charges. Would definitely recommend them. Jo was brilliant from start till end, she kept me informed through out the process. Sylvia explained the whole journey at the time valuation.

FacebookI had my property Valued by Sylvia last Tuesday, Sylvia is very friendly and professional who gives off a positive vibe. Thursday the same week, Chloe came out to do the virtual tour and photographs of my house, which she did a fantastic job off. My house was then on the Market by Friday! What a great team the property Hive have 😁

Had Sylvia value my house yesterday, the second property I will sell with hive and got an honest informative evaluation as well as brilliant advice for going forward. House will be on the market including the awesome virtual tour within 2 working days from valuation.
