We would highly recommend using Nash for buying within Berkhamsted. In particular, James lead us through the whole process smoothly and navigated challenges within the chain for us with ease, and acting with our best interests at heart. James was always easy to deal with, had excellent communication, keeping us up to date with all movements in the buying process where needed. We also found Nash to have the best, most sought-after properties on their books, and knew exactly what we were looking for. Choosing an estate agent to use is tricky, they sit at your kitchen table and tell you all the wonderful things they can do for you. James stood out as he talked about a selling strategy that would achieve the right price and attract the right buyer along with their beautiful interior photos we chose Nash. It was the best decision, James delivered everything he said he would and so much more, he’s fair, friendly, kind, transparent and most of all tenacious. James’s tenacity is off the scale, his drive to ensure everything works out is commendable. Any obstacle that came up he was there with a solution and advice. We are so thankful that we chose Nash to be our estate agents when selling our family home. From the very start they were friendly, professional, honest and trustworthy. They set out their fees in black and white and valued our house honestly and diligently. The time and care on the photography and information about the house for the listing could not have been better, and when it went to market they handled enquires efficiently and ensured viewings were achieved quickly keeping prospective buyers happy, but also taking us into account with timings and notice. James is a rare breed of an estate agent, being friendly, honest and approachable but also excellent at his job! He dealt with things for us from start to finish, getting offers on the table and advising us on those and then working full steam on the sale once we had accepted an offer. He liaised expertly with what turned out to be quite demanding and difficult buyers to get the sale across the line with everyone still happy and sane. He was always available to answer questions or concerns and made us feel like we were a priority rather than one of a hundred. Choosing an estate agent is difficult, but I can wholeheartedly recommend James and Nash and say that it would be impossible to imagine anyone to do a better job for you. After trusting them with our sale, we would never consider using anyone different in the future.

Having bought my property with Nash well over two years ago, it was an absolute delight to deal with them as a buyer. I was able to get multiple viewings on short notice with all the information I needed to make my decision. They were great at guiding me through the purchase and would keep me updated along every step of the journey. My husband and I cannot recommend Nash Partnerships enough. We purchased through them, and only wish we had sold through them too. Tracey, the Office Manager went over and beyond to help us get the sale and purchase through as quickly as possible (she kept in touch with our solicitor pretty much every other day, so believe she did the same with the rest of the chain). We actually turned to Tracey when we couldn't get answers from other sources and I honestly believe that without her assistance it wouldn't have progressed as quickly as it did; nor would I have coped as well with the stress of moving! With the wide choice of agents in Berkhamsted, we would only ever recommend Nash, and whilst I hope moving again is years away - without doubt it will be Nash we choose next time.
