GoogleAbsolutely amazing branch of yourmove. Felicity managed to secure the perfect property for myself and family months sooner than I was expecting! The service and communication is impeccable there was absolutely nothing they could have done to make moving a more positive experience for us. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to move house they're wonderful!

GoogleI have just sold my mums house, the staff at Your Move have been outstanding, they are friendly and professional and have communicated well throughout the process. The marketing was good and they accompanied all viewings, supported us to find trades to do some building work and looked after keys. I cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleDisgusting letting company. Only sides with landlord. Don't care about tenants. Currently got out holding deposit and won't give it to us!! Insisting we pay for a FULL carpet clean of the house but carpets upstairs are brand new and downstairs needed replacing before we moved in!! This letting company and the landlord are absolutely delusional. Stay away from these people!!

GoogleAgents too busy to do viewing we did all but one of our own viewings. Agents put potential buyers off. One of the agents have damaged our front and back doors and they will now need replacing. An agent used our toilet during viewings. A client shown signs of coronavirus and this was not challenged by the agent and the viewing was allowed to continue. This client has now confirmed they have coronavirus and we are now showing signs. The shop has failed to act accordingly and close and not only put myself and my partner at risk but as part time carers for elderly family members they are also at risk. Your Move Belper won't take responsibility or liability. So sure consider Your Move Belper what could go wrong.

GoogleUNHELPFUL, INCOMPETENT & RUDE What was meant to be an exciting first home viewing with my wife turned into a terrible experience. We took the day off work & left early in the morning to reach the postcode provided by these agents via email. We rang the agents to tell them we were there but could not see the property to which they did not really help or seem to know much about. After discovering that the actual property was 20 mins away from the provided postcode, we set off again whilst (this was already discouraging but we didn't want it to ruin our experience) . We called the agents again to tell them we were on our way and set off again. Once arrived at the property with excitement we were told to our surprise that the agent decided to just leave without informing us whatsoever. The staff seemed laissez faire about our distress, unbothered and after being passed from 1 staff to the other the final excuse we were given was "well some people just don't show" even though we have call records and e.mails to show we were on our way.

GoogleThey are they are not helpful and have taken money off me for their needs! They tried to tell me something was in my contract which it wasn't never existed in the contract and they said I didn't need to read it all the way through. So they could take money off me for their benefits! I would never use this company again! People like this just want your money! Think wisely before you use them!
