Sold our property with Zenith and couldn't be happier with the outcome and the process to get us there. Adam was super helpful and accommodating from the outset, and remained so throughout the process. From appraising and listing our property (on their website as well as other well-known property listing sites (including their social media)), to handling viewings and communicating any feedback and offers from those viewings, dealing with Adam was a pleasant experience. We achieved a much higher price than anticipated, and at least some of this is due to Adam's handling of the sale and interested parties. His communication following the agreement of sale was also excellent, ensuring that things kept ticking along in the background to get the sale across the line. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Zenith as your selling or letting agent.

I dont usually read or leave reviews however it is so rare to receive such an exceptional level of service from a company I felt compelled to. Although my initial contact with Zenith Estate Agents was with their sales department I was impressed by the way Adam conducted my viewing. So when I purchased a Rental property in the area I went straight to them. It was the best decision I could have made. I have a full management service with Zenith. Adam is amazing. He is calm and methodical. Zenith, under Adam's leadership, actually care about the landlords and the tenants that they work. Making it so simple and stress free for both. I now use them to manage my portfolio of rentals. I will not recommended Zenith to you only to say if you want an agent that is proactive and goes above and beyond then this is the company for you. They take care of everything using modern technology with traditional values. Not using a 'onesize fits all' approach with their clients. That I believe is what makes the difference. The renting process was very fast and smooth, the tenant moved in just over a week after we got key to the place! I could not recommend Adam and Zenith Residential enough. Adam always put the needs of myself first and there was never any request that was too much for him. I was always very impressed by his attention to detail throughout every aspect of selling my house. From getting the best pictures, to promoting my ad on Property Pal correctly for maximum viewings, to ensuring I got the maximum amount of money for the house, Adam was always fully committed. I received constant updates from him and never had to chase him up which was always reassuring.
