GoogleI rented a property let by YPGs for 2.5 years and I would highly recommend them as a letting agency. They were very easy to deal with, good at communication and had our best interests at heart, which isn’t always common with letting agencies. We mostly communicated with Jamie, Josh and Aleigna, who were all very nice and genuine people.

GoogleJim and the YPG team were recommended to us by a family member and we were not disappointed. They took care of everything involved with selling our house. From the fantastic presentation of the house to taking care of all the enquiries and viewings, their service was excellent. Jim and Jamie also kept in constant contact and provided regular updates on our sale. What also spoke volumes to us, was when we hit some unforeseen legal issues, that many estate agents would not have got involved with, Jim worked tirelessly to help us get them resolved. It was clear to us from the word go that these guys genuinely care about their clients and will do everything they can to make moving house as stress-free as possible. GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with the dad and son duo Jamie and Jim! We met Jamie during one of our property viewings and was unsure whether to go with YPG. However, speaking further with Jamie, he gave us more confidence in proceeding with them. Everything had a real professional touch. Our property went into the market during the winter holiday season and we were really concerned how things might turn into. However, Jim and Jamie had been on top of everything, reassured and explained to a complete novice like us about how the market currently is. Jamie also gave us advice on a few other properties that we were looking at, which helped us a lot in securing one of them. Jim advised us a lot on the possibilities of construction and renovation of properties too. We will always be thankful to YPG, Jamie and Jim and I am sure that even now I can approach them for any property related advice. Highly recommend YPG! GoogleSTAY AWAY FROM PROPERTY GEEKS- “Sorry can’t take an offer from you as the vendor is currently considering an offer he has” OMG seriously!!! Never trust these guys to sell your property. Viewed a property last week and they did and said everything to stop me putting in an offer. Firstly I had to call them when I was at the property as they said I wasn’t booked in. Secondly the property went up £9000 in 6 hours. Thirdly the fat guy showing me round pointed out all the problems with the property and then said, sorry I can’t take an offer from you as the vendor is currently considering an offer he has. OMG seriously, nice to see him working so hard for the vendor! If I’m selling my house I would want to know every offer right up until I sign contract. Are these guys not obliged to bring offers to owners? Property Geeks are everything that’s wrong with the industry they actually give honest hard working agents a bad name. Don’t even deserve 1 star.
Hi Sir/Madam - we would love to review this case in detail but without your real name it is quite difficult. Before I carry on, I would really appreciate it if you called into our office or gave us a call to give you peace at mind. The case that you have brought forward does not seem familiar. In fact, it is contrary to everything our family business stands for. We aim to help our clients in every way we can. My only guess from your review is that there has been a breakdown in communication between us. If this was the case, we will make a conscious effort to ensure our communication going forward is as clear as possible. I would also like to bring your attention to our other reviews, which are overwhelmingly positive. GoogleI must convey my recommendation on employing Your Property Geeks as selling agent for my property. Once Jim O Malley accepted control of selling my property, I had little or nothing to worry about. He assured me every step of the way that he would look after the sale from the initial advertising right through to showing prospective buyers around my property at a time which suited them (evenings), liaising with Solicitor, Building Control Surveyor & recommending reliable workmen who carried out necessary works. Jim O Malley also consulted with me every step of the way & I found his wealth of knowledge immeasurable - certainly a One Stop Shop when it comes to selling your property! You'll be guaranteed a service second to none!

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of the service Your Property Geeks offer. It is very important to feel that no nonsense honest approach and that is what you get from both Jim and Jamie from day one. From the initial valuation, managing viewings and all the way from offer to completion they provided a professional, friendly and efficient service throughout the process. They offer competitive rates, always responded to phone calls and emails ( even out of hours) and nothing was too much trouble. Jamie in particular was fantastic and his professionalism, approachability and general calmness was outstanding and thank you again. I have used them for the sales of 2 properties recently, one of which they managed as a rental property and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to sell or rent their property. Most importantly, Your Property Geeks succeeded were the others failed.

GooglePretty bad at communicating with the public. They won't get back to you when they say they will. I've had to call 4 times in a few months due to them not calling me back or forgetting about me all the time. These guys still have a bad reputation in my eyes

GoogleA professional service from start to finish . Jamie took phone calls at night and done out of hours and weekend viewings. Nothing was an issue with Property Geeks and they make you feel like you are dealing with a friend. Their charges are too low for the work that these guys do. I can only give a 5 star 100% .
